1. 1.It’s a new tax year!  Please join shopwithscrip.com and take advantage of the potential tax deduction that awaits you there by simply purchasing gift cards to use for your groceries, gas, and other daily expenses.  When you purchase online, you are donating to our department!  Please click here for details.
   

2. 2.A number of students still owe money for apparel and fundraisers.  If your student is one of them, please make sure that you have paid any outstanding debts.  Please email me if you need a copy of your student’s most recent statement.
   

3. 3.The classical choirs will present their Spring Concert on Monday, March 5.  Purchase your tickets for the concert here.
   
   We will be needing parents to drive our students over to the concert’s performance site, which is Lincoln Glen Church (2700 Booksin Avenue, San Jose.  If you can assist us with this, please let me know via email:  missk@amkmusic.com. 
   

4. 4.The choirs will be taking a tour to Southern California during the Spring Break (Week of April 9).  The cost is $445, departing on April 9 and returning on April 12.  Note:  this is an OPTIONAL trip and is not mandatory.   Please watch this page for more information.
   

5. 5.Stay informed!  Our next Music Booster meeting of the school year will be on March 8, beginning at 7:30 pm in Room 91.  Come hear about the latest plans for the Music Boosters and earn 10 XCR points for your student!

7. 7.As a parent of a student in band, choir, or orchestra, you are automatically a member of the Lincoln High School Music Boosters.  One of the primary ways the Boosters support the various programs is through fundraising:
   
   You can support the Music Boosters through a variety of ongoing, no-cost fundraisers.  By participating in any or all of these fundraisers you provide much needed funds to the music department with no additional cost to you. Please check these out.
